Worked from home during Covid but agents abused the privilege so, instead of addressing the people abusing it, they punished everyone and made us all come into the office. Health benefits get more and more expensive every year. As much money as employees make for them, you’d think they could cough up better premiums for us. There is a huge disconnect between management and staff. Never know what’s going on. I would love to see them improve the bonus structure to use 1% incentive for payments we take.
