Poor HR. Care more about the company than it's employees. Poor monthly bonus goals. Completely unrealistic to hit, and on purpose so they don't have to pay out bonuses. Open from 9am to 7pm which sucks because you dont help anyone after 6 basically. The pay is the lowest out of all other banks.
