Pros

Learned about the old school banking world attempting to be a tech company. If you stay long enough, you'll likely get promoted but for very little pay. Insurance and benefits are average for a company of this size.

Cons

No career growth. No diversity. No profit share. Raises are 3% or less and you are told you should be happy with it.
