Benefits that you cant use.

Cons

They do give you 3 weeks of paid time off when you are hired. What they don't tell you is you will never get to use them due to understaffing and the time it takes to get a new hire approved.

3 weeks PTO upfront, full benefits, decent pay, opportunities for over time, constant activities for employees to show appreciation, nice people, what more could you ask for?

I have yet to find any.

Midfirst is an okay first-time-out-of-college company. the benefits were excellent.

Cons

Their pay is subpar and Dont expect pay increases when you move internally.
