Pros

People are nice, if you are an introvert then this is for you.

Cons

Get assigned more than your job requires at times and a very quite environment (people don’t really talk to each other).

Pros

They espouse great values and provide the best job security. Offer fun activities during the work day and many friendly people. Great overall at their overarching core competencies, but not great at empowering employees to use theirs to support their overall strategy in their fields.

Cons

Unable to have good negotiation discussions about the employment relationship and do not listen to hired professionals that have valuable experience and knowledge that higher-ups do not have. They pat themselves on the back too much for the things they provide to employees that they decide are good, but it isn't necessarily what employees are asking for. Show inability to look at things from other perspectives. They are too slow to make decisions and still make low quality decisions on BPM and IS. CIO is positioned too low in the business for the necessary influence to drive proper IS and technology decision-making.
