Pros

Good health benefits and raises.

Cons

This organization seriously lacks diversity in upper management. Racism is tolerated from the customers and employees of color don’t feel valued.

In response to this statement, we take these matters very seriously and as such, would encourage any employee to contact the Human Resources department to report concerns.

Pros

I loved working for a private bank. Everyone in management is professional and has great experience especially for a mid-sized bank. Benefits and PTO was excellent and only gets better with time. My department was one of the few that had a hybrid WFH program.

Cons

Corporate buildings are spread out & in my time at the bank, I never attended a meeting in person. All were on Webex.

Pros

I love the company as a whole, great hours, flexible schedule, amazing benefits, they believe in and celebrate longevity at the company

Cons

employees can be dramatic and problem starters and due to not wanting to have bad employee loss the just shuffle people around
