Pros

Good pay but you will always be monitored by control freaks!

Cons

Incompetent management, disorganized systems, and confusing work processes. Even when you work remote, you're constantly micromanaged and monitored. These people will not allow you a little space to breathe!

Pros

Supportive team, Potential for Women's Health Resourcing

Cons

Fast growing company, hiring process does not prepare one for the level of expertise needed to adequately and safely perform this job. Two weeks of onboarding does not give a provider with little experience in hormone management enough time to be confident and prepared. Leaves one feeling inadequate and fearful. Very liberal antibiotic use without adequate evaluation.

Pros

-Remote Work -availability to make own schedule -helping women feel better -supportive team

Cons

-incentive to see more patients (shorter visit length) -constant addition of new policies and protocols with minimal education -push for supplements made by company (feel like a salesman) -everything fallls on the NP, supportive staff is lacking and can be challenging to get things accomplished -extra time spent reviewing labs, prepping charts and answering patient messages -low pay for current climate
