Midi Health reviews

The three rounds of interviews are not worth the low paid wages of $20. The company only has been up and running for a little over two years, with huge turn over rates with every position within the company itself, especially with the nurses and service department. Midi Health has a huge problem within the billing department and that will the down fall of the company. The lack of patient communication with patients, training and knowledge within the billing department leads to a clear path where I do not see this company being around near future. So much things need to be change.

• Appointments are limited to 15 minutes, making visits feel rushed for both patients and clinicians. • Many patients are frustrated due to scheduling issues and lack of follow-up time. • The company promotes inclusivity, but there are no resources or interpreters for patients who are not English speaking. • Clinicians often feel pressured to meet volume goals rather than provide comprehensive care. • Communication between departments could be improved to better support both staff and patients.
