The office culture can be described as high energy felt between well-meaning and energetic young professionals was a great reason to look forward to daily. The ability to work across teams to meet milestones and goals.

Cons

Working in consumer debt collection is not for everyone.

Middle management is approachable HR and Finance teams are approachable too Good for BPO staff smaller notice period of 1 month

Cons

Low technical knowledge among some in management Not that great learning experience for technology folks Glorified BPO People might end up doing job not in their job description and wont get anything out of it. Doing the best job even don't help you during appraisals No employee retention policies Not a great talent pool in certain teams You will work as per the vision and commitments made by higher management even though they might have the least idea about what you will be doing and what the work is about.
