Good work/life balance, profit sharing, $500 M/year company, job stability (you'll never get fired)

Cons

Lacks competitive benefits/PTO/perks compared to other medical device companies of any size. Promotions seem to be based on favoritism, nepotism, and years spent at Midmark- not based on skill set, experience, or value. Odd location for a medical device company; hard to attract talent. A lot of inexperienced people in positions of leadership. Basic best practices common in the medical device industry are not understood (i.e. design controls and the differences between each phase, timelines, project planning/execution, accountability from teams & decision from leadership). Leadership is big talk and little action.
