Cons

There was not a lot of feedback from manager and everyone seems to run on a small town mentality which is not for everyone.

Pros

Benefits, ideal size, growing company, invests in employee development. Allows a lot of dynamic role changing over time.

Cons

Community based, located in a small village, regulated industry means a lot of work is done towards compliance to rules. Not many flashy perks like some newer tech companies.

Pros

The mentor program within the co-op program is a great asset. Decent compensation for the area, but still on the lower end. They do have "free" housing that they provide on first come first serve basis.

Cons

Beware...the co-op program is growing rapidly, which is great for the company (cheap labor) except for they have no full time positions to offer after graduation. Co-ops also do a lot of busy work (tiny change orders or testing in que that no one else wants to do).
