Pros

I love that the company is family oriented. They are flexible in your scheduling (depending on position and ability). They have a constant goal to improve employees, processes and products. I have been welcomed into the Midmark family from the first day I was hired.

Cons

I have yet to run into many cons while working at the company. I am a go getter and I work to improve myself. I would like to see more classes or training available for employees so that more opportunities are available.
