I worked here for a year while in school, and felt grateful to have found this company. You were able to make your own schedule, and could make changes if needed upon approval. Everything was punctual, which facilitated a productive work environment for those who were motivated workers. Supervisors, managers, and anyone in a position of authority were very friendly, helpful, and wanted you to succeed. Overall, this is a great company to work for and I enjoyed my time at MidwayUSA.

Cons

You do not get the typical "weekend." You still have a 40 hour work week, but your weekend may be Sunday and Monday or Friday and Saturday. You must work either a Saturday or Sunday.
