Pros

Great company culture! I really enjoy coming to work. I get to work with some of the brightest and most intelligent people I have ever met.

Cons

There are so many creative personalities sometimes, those creative difference shine through. However, people are good about respecting each others differences.

Pros

There have been a lot of management changes in 2018 with positive results. Company culture has shifted to more optimism and teamwork among employees. Challenging but fun projects to work on. Insurance costs are average but very good coverage. Great work-life balance. Overall a very good company to work for.

Cons

Typical challenges of a growing company but they are aware and actively looking for solutions.
