Pros

It's a trucking job nothing more nothing less.

Cons

They just installed driver facing cameras in all the trucks. Stay away they don't trust their employees to get to the destination without being babysitted.

Pros

Easy - mostly drop and hook, short and long routes.

Cons

Only one “terminal manager” who spends most of their time smoking, on the phone with family, shopping online, and doing other non-work related thing. Let’s lots of drivers get away with murder. Paying by the load causes a lot of competition between drivers - if you’re in 2nd shift, expect 1st shift to screw you over. Trucks are trash - run Volvo CNGs and diesels which constantly break down and only receive bandaid repairs. Work too many hours for too little money. Really, too many cons to list.

Local route, home daily, drop and hook

Cons

12-14 hour days, management extremely moody. Equipment breaks down alot. Don't care about safety, management says making company money comes first, not safety. They don't break down pay details on paystub so you don't know if your pay is correct. Management talks about employees to coworkers
