Pros

Management allows you to use your knowledge for the betterment of the company. The company contributes to your HSA. The pay is OK

Cons

The insurance is not good, and it is expensive. The benefits are not great. You tend to work late a lot. Things change constantly, so no one knows if the last idea would have worked because you get a new idea next week. Turnover is high
