This company has a great variety of unique fertilizer products and is going in a positive direction. They help growers produce high value and quality in their crop and reduce the negative impacts on the environment.

Cons

Going through a culture improvement so, but it has turned the corner and there is good improvement.

The people who work at Midwestern BioAg are top notch individuals. Everyone is working towards the goal of making farmers more profitable, while also building healthy soil that is beneficial for the environment.

Cons

Lots of hours in the spring/fall. 60+ hours per week are not uncommon, but during non-peak times it is a very normal work schedule.
