Pros

Some of the hardest working people I have ever met. A new commission structure means more money flexible time off paid outing with teams dog great management- three plus vp and owner

Cons

long hours very fluid office- if you need black and white structure this is not for you.

Pros

The management team is better than most. They are always willing to help. Consistent with training and asking how they can help us to get where we want/ need to be. I am never afraid to ask questions or share where my own downfalls may be because I know by doing so they are going to give me the guidance and tools I need.

Cons

It is very fast paced. Like any other sales position, we rely on people outside of our company to follow through as well. We have practices in place to minimize this but it is not always a fail safe.
