Bait and switch tactics to get you in the door. The commissions are never clear and if you get close they will find some way to make it not happen. It is not a salary, it is hourly so if you work miss any time between 8-5 Monday through Friday you won't get paid for that time but if you work anytime outside of those hours (required) you won't get paid. Shady business practices all around. Ridiculous turnover rate. The bottom line is the money that benefits the business. It's not about the employees, the clients, or the candidates. It has been said, this is not a democracy, this is a dictatorship,,,,
