Pros

I truly can’t think of any.

Cons

The work environment was toxic and lacked clear leadership or direction. Communication was inconsistent, priorities shifted without explanation, and there was no support or accountability from management. Over time, this created instability and frustration, ultimately leading to the departure of nearly all employees

Pros

Some of the hardest working people I have ever met. A new commission structure means more money flexible time off paid outing with teams dog great management- three plus vp and owner

Cons

long hours very fluid office- if you need black and white structure this is not for you.

Get yelled at, Don't get paid commissions, No time off, No true breaks which are legal required by labor law
