This is an excellent opportunity for many job careers ,excellent benefits,Travel and see the World get a different perspective on life ,looking for money for a entrepreneurship,college,or just want a career at sea with many advancement oppurtunities this is the job for you.

Cons

Although u can make a ton of money ,meet new and interesting people travel the world this job although they try is not file orientated high divorce rate ,and very stressful on families with kids be away sometimes up to six months or more ,income varies on each class of ship so does management.
