Pros

Because of OT you will over double your salary usually. Way more port time than other companies.

Cons

Very little vacation time to go home when you sign off a ship. If MSC doesn't find you a relief, they will keep you on the ship for months until you quit or they find one. In 2022 when I quit, I spent 18 months on a ship and they wanted me to come back after 30 days home.
