      Plenty of work Good benefits See the world Never a dull moment Training paid for If you never want to be home, or you want a safe job this is the place to be. It's a great job honestly, but just poorly run. Have a 5 years plan, and stick to it.

      Cons

      Next to no time off Do not expect to get relieved on time If you're from CMA they will probably put you on a Tug. Tugs as they are now in 2022 some of the lowest paid ships in the fleet. People from the office feel it's appropriate to treat you like you're enlisted military, and they "own" your license.
