Working four 10 hour days gives you an extra day off each week.
Cons
Disorganized and chaotic with favoritism everywhere. The most toxic work environment I have ever been in. If you question anything, even out of genuine curiosity to learn more, you will be immediately ostracized and prevented from doing anything outside of what you were hired to do. They always say “if you see something, say something” but that is just so they know who to target with zero intentions of actually correcting anything that is reported. Stay away from this place if you have an honest work ethic and prefer working in a compliant laboratory.
