Pros

It was great to work alongside most of your fellow co-workers. There was a lot of oppotunity to learn from co-workers.

Cons

As Company has grown, they have understandably had to become more corporate. They brought in "experts" from Big Pharma and the Hospital industries. By doing this, the company has proven that they (the owners and the C's *CEO, COO etc.) are all about making money and NOT in it for the patients or MH employees. I also was brought out of the fog I was in believing that healing/taking care of their patients is what motivated doctors to do what they do. The almighty dollar IS THE GREAT MOTIVATOR!

Versatile schedule, constantly evolving company. Desire to encourage and build employee satisfaction. Fully covered benefits.

Cons

The company has experienced a large amount of negative changes recently. Company values are fake, literally just words on the walls. No raises, no bonuses.

-Great people working along side you (co-workers) everyone is really nice and helpful -Pay is good if you have been working for over 2 years

Cons

-No more raises, just "bonus" IF company does well -Promotions within company is almost impossible -They try to hold you back from transfers and promotions
