Pros
Only pro I can think of is the employees are great and work so hard for the company.
Cons
Management has no idea what goes on. Trucks are broken, CDL drivers are NOT adhering to DOT rules and are forced to work more than is legally advised (HR responded saying that was not true but that is an absolute lie and if you check the job times the proof is right there). Promises are made but never kept. No appreciation whatsoever for the amount of hours you are expected to work. Certifications for the drivers and laborers are out of compliance, Honesty the worst run company I have ever worked for.

I’ve been working for Miller Environmental Group for over 10 years and they couldn’t be more accommodating. I worked in their Westbury location close to 3 years and asked for a transfer to their Hudson Valley region because I wanted to move closer to family and to buy a home, they couldn’t have been more accommodating allowing me to make this move. A few years ago, my wife became very ill, and they couldn’t have been more flexible with my time to take care of her. The work is certainly interesting and not boring. Every day there is a new task and always something new to learn. They offer a great benefits package, paid vacation, and have a great family holiday party every year. I highly recommend Miller Environmental Group.
