Pros
Lots of hours, disaster work, per diems, prevailing wages, scope of work is massive from land operations to boat operations. Everyday can be different. The opportunity is there to learn and obtain a CDL, if you don't have one.
Cons
Senior field personal/supervisors are not easy to get along with, no raises, lots of field employee turn-over, favoritism, blame the next guy work culture.
