MKA is an accounting firm like no other firm I've heard of. They do not work you to the bone and truly understand the work life balance. The open door policy is amazing, you can really go into any Partners office and ask them any question at any time.

Cons

The learning curve is fast so you really need to pay attention and ask a lot of questions and be open to feedback.
