Work-life balance Great company culture. MK has a family feel, you dont feel like just another employee. While I was working at MK I felt that everyone was approachable and willing to help.

Cons

MK is industry specific, however, as an audit associate you get to learn how to carry out an audit from start to finish and this is relevant to all industries.

The firm is small enough that I can connect with those I serve, and yet large enough to focus on things like leadership development and process automation. The partners, for the most part, are approachable and supportive.

Cons

Although it’s evolving, the culture is not yet clearly defined. It sometimes feels like some partners are more focused on running their own practices their way, rather than building a shared culture.

Cons

Not many downsides as long as you are organized, have good time management and on top of your responsibilities.
