Great company but wasn’t the right timing
Pros
Flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel, ability to attend industry trade shows, and directly support executives with their communication needs.
Cons
The day job grew demanding while the firm was integrating 3 internal change management related initiatives with new company software. It can be a bit overwhelming to successfully onboard remote employees who have learning disabilities. Perhaps make any new training interactive instead of just listening and reading slides? Other than that, no complaints. Miller Kaplan allowed me to grow skills in a relatively rapid paced environment, which suits the need for any neurodivergent employee. Life circumstances also played a big factor in mental and emotional health, which led to professional downfall.
