There's worklife balance here and the audits are overall at a steadier pace compared to Big 4. Audit teams range from 2-4 people (including manager).

Cons

Limited to working on max two different industries, not a lot of growth there. Underpaid compared to most firms.

-Training was less than 1 day long. -Clocking in and Clocking out. As well as entering time. -Lots of unpaid OT
