- Great work life balance - Very accommodating to Covid safety - Friendly team - Patient when it comes to training - You don't get micro managed, but you do need to be responsible with your own time and productivity

Cons

- Training tends to become overwhelming (Thankfully each new work concept is recorded for you to use as reference)
