somewhat flexible in work hours but not by much

Cons

partners are impatient and unwilling to provide mentorship. when one partner does not like you, they all pile on - no differing opinions/voices. they also try to build up a case by emailing dishonest recaps of meetings. not a good look for an accounting firm to have dishonest partners

Very top partner has a vision.

Cons

Partners and senior management below have their own agenda and goals which don't fully align with the top partner at the firm. Toxic environment where billing seems to be the only goal, IT department is clueless as to what they are doing and will always start with did you reboot today? How many times do I need to reboot each day to make the computer work! Collaboration between departments does not exist, silos everywhere.
