Pros
Your experience at MKA will depend on your team. I was one of the lucky ones. My PIC, Supervisor, and senior were amazing. They entertained all my questions which helped me learn a lot. They were patient, kind, and understanding throughout my time at MKA. Almost no compulsory OT, but if you did you were compensated at OT rates. Remote work with occasional client visits. 40 hr work week expectation and I barely worker more than 30 hours of OT during the entire year. Flex working hours, if you can earn their trust and put in honest work.
Cons
Pay is slightly on the lower end Not all partners, managers, and seniors are fun to work with. Some are often upset at how long it takes you to learn new things as you are likely blowing the budget. Training is bare minimum. You must take initiative and learn on the job and that is the expectation.
