-HR and Admin do a great job of trying to get everyone involved -IT is very helpful -Most of the people are extremely nice

-Training was less than 1 day long. -Clocking in and Clocking out. As well as entering time. -Lots of unpaid OT

Cons

Run do not walk away from them. They hire tons of consultants who do nothing but criticize. The managers are only managers in name only. There is minimal training. Some staff are questionable in what they say. In most organizations those people would have been fired given it borders on being verbally abusive to other staff.

Some people are generally nice and try to be helpful.

Cons

Training is non-existent so your left in dark about how to complete the work. And even if you've had prior experience and do the work to the best of your knowledge, you will most likely be asked to redo it. Managers do their own thing and don't really listen to the partners. Not organized or structured. Seems like most of the time your asked to just copy last years work papers.
