      Pros

      The hiring/interviewing process was very thorough to be sure you're a good match for the company. I felt very comfortable during the whole process and felt very welcomed upon my start date. I have been so thankful for how much Miller cares about their employees. Great work environment and staff altogether- I see myself working here for a long, long time!
