      Pros

      Herman Miller had a true employee-centric culture under Brian Walker. As an employee you always felt cared for and listened to. Ideas were encouraged and everyone was respectful. It was a company I was proud to work for.

      Cons

      The company is unrecognizable since Andi Owen took over. Leadership has ADHD and can’t focus and follow-thru on Operational issues that affect customer experience. The culture is truly toxic.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Retirement matching is ok. I am 100% remote (this is not an option for all employees here). Unlimited PTO, 2 weeks paid volunteer time

      Cons

      Medical insurance premiums are high. HR is not present with employees at subsidiaries. Communication or input from regular employees to the C-suite is completely disregarded. Poor dissemination of information re short- and long-term goals of company.
