Pros
You can get away with almost anything if you don't want to work hard and war a decent pay but working hard doesn't get you much further
Cons
I was hired right around the time knoll has been bought out by herman miller so I have seen how much upper management in a other star who has never set foot in the building is trying to change the company for the worse and not willing to even see how this company has operated for decades, I get change is good at tone but there need to be some competence .
