      Great Money! Great benefits and paid time off.

      Cons

      Micro management. Favoritism by lower management. The way the commission system is set up in this particular outlet environment needs to be changed. There needs to be a policy on heavy perfumes in the work place too. Some people (me) have intense sensitivities to the chemicals is perfumes.
