      Great co-workers that all support each other.

      Cons

      Constant change, micro-management, unlimited vacation that you can't take because even a day away from work sets you back a week, no support from HR when issues arise, everyone is looking for employment elsewhere, toxic work environment.

      The functions that are performed every day make a difference to the employees of the organization Unlimited vacation for salaried people My direct manager is amazing to work for

      The additional "benefits" that used to be a staple to the company are dropping quickly. The Watercarrier tradition (for those that have 20 years or more of tenure) has fallen totally to the wayside Pay raises have not kept up with inflation
