Team was solid and pay was excellent.

Cons

Upper management literally dissolved right in front of me. First the Ops manager, then the facilities manager, then the 1st shift supervisor, then me, then the Human Resources manager. Might have had something to do with the CEO.

Pros

There are still a lot of good people working for the company who care about each other, the product produced, and our customers.

Cons

Compensation adjustments are no longer based on annual reviews, instead everybody gets the same increase. Core contributions to our 401K were 'paused' last year because it was 'well beyond industry practice'.
