Decent bonus system, ok pay

Cons

Company leadership is way too out of touch and is running their company into the ground. Refuses to invest in operations or rather lack of. Between capping commission for management if they make a certain amount & lowering commission for their employees, not to mention refusing to fix outdated systems that end up delaying/ruining orders...It becomes harder to sell and there is never accountability from leadership, (Excluding general management).

Cons

Terrible management / leadership on site. Too many politics. Lack of accountability at management level. Stressful and toxic work environment. Would NOT recommend.
