      Pros

      I feel supported, seen, and valued. My manager provides psychological safety and a path for growth. We have great benefits, work/life balance, and I've never worked for a company with a culture like this. We are continuing to rebound from the pandemic with great things to come. I would recommend working here to anyone.

      Cons

      Still scaling things from the merge, so there are some overlaps which can be confusing.

      The managers I've had at this company have been great and are very understanding of employee contributions.

      Growth opportunities within the company seem to be limited due to too many roles and responsibilities given to any individual at a given time.
