      Pros

      I feel supported, seen, and valued. My manager provides psychological safety and a path for growth. We have great benefits, work/life balance, and I've never worked for a company with a culture like this. We are continuing to rebound from the pandemic with great things to come. I would recommend working here to anyone.

      Cons

      Still scaling things from the merge, so there are some overlaps which can be confusing.

      its a job with no leadership AT ALL

      Andi sucks as a leader , here we are in pity city , thanks to her miss management, she had to yank extra days into last year to try to look respectable at the end of the year, being she already had alot of egg on her face , from prior miscommunications , well Andi most people I work with and for, want you gone yesterday , you are ruining 2 once great names , just like you ruined the gap and old navy ,
