      Pros

      My direct team is wonderful. Everyone works together and we continuously thrive. Uncapped PTO for salaried employees. Along with some additional benefits and perks that are great.

      Cons

      Upper management consists of everyone’s friends. No one seems to actually know what to do to improve business. Every one of them wants things their way. The company is so incredibly top heavy with executives, VPs, and directors that we were bound to topple over and here we are. Those that have been around for a long time struggle to get an improvement in their salary while the executives continue to make millions.

      Getting told by rich people that I need to make her more money

      Cons

      Not enough money to afford living and being laughed at in a meeting by the ceo as we ask about our bonuses that she is taking away and that we should only focus on making her money not our own money
