      Pros

      Working remote, great work/life balance, unlimited PTO, volunteer time off. Employees are passionate and adaptable to change.

      Cons

      Underpaid. Chance of getting a performance based raise is low. Cost of living raise doesn’t even meet societal cost of living percentage. CEO, Andi Owen, went off during a Town Hall call this week telling employees to stop worrying about whether they will get a bonus this year and to only worry about the $$ that needs to be brought in, to stop living in “pity city”. No sensitivity to those middle class employees by someone who makes $5mil/year.

      Pros

      Amazing, iconic product and boots on the ground folks are lovely when they aren’t overworked and pitted against each other in the name of profit.

      Cons

      Toxic culture coming from the very top. CEO who makes $5mil couldn’t possible care less about her workforce. Sorry to those making a modest living, she doesn’t care that you live paycheck to paycheck - work harder!!
