Pros

There are still a lot of good people working for the company who care about each other, the product produced, and our customers.

Cons

Compensation adjustments are no longer based on annual reviews, instead everybody gets the same increase. Core contributions to our 401K were 'paused' last year because it was 'well beyond industry practice'.

Pros

Overall there is a good work/life balance with flexible unlimited PTO. People are all very nice to work with.

Cons

Working for a large company comes with a lot of constraints and it takes a long time to get any thing finalized and into production. Pay is on the low end for digital design positions.

The functions that are performed every day make a difference to the employees of the organization Unlimited vacation for salaried people My direct manager is amazing to work for

Cons

The additional "benefits" that used to be a staple to the company are dropping quickly. The Watercarrier tradition (for those that have 20 years or more of tenure) has fallen totally to the wayside Pay raises have not kept up with inflation
