Cons

Every department is vastly different, EMD/Sigma merger caused confusion among employees and customers. Constantly changing environment.

Lack of upward mobility as the company seems to prefer to hire outside org, endless reorganizations, exec mgmt micro-manages every project now, job security in question since the merger, employee morale is very poor

A lot of favoritism. ( A polite way of saying it ) See it everyday in my manager. No accountability. Manager has no people skills. Rarely acknowledges you. Supervision is awful.
