      Pros

      The only pro I can think of is the benefits package.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what they are doing. You’re forced to do insane overtime and asked to come in on the weekends and just put a smile on. The only appreciation you get is a thanks and subpar lunches. They watch over you like vultures and time track you even if you’re 30 seconds late from breaks. Also there is absolutely no space to grow!!!

      Pros

      The front line employees are the strength and backbone of the Exelead site. Coworkers are hard working and try their best given the unfair treatment they receive. It is truly amazing to see employees who resign receive a higher salary and better working conditions when they leave.

      Cons

      The leadership team and mangers all have a secret cabal of corruption and incompetence. The business keeps losing clients and money to more competitive companies and refuses to evolve and invest the right capital to stimulate organic growth. Most of the Leadership team operates in a vacuum and you rarely see them out on the floor or interacting with frontline. A significant blame culture and lack of empathy and respect for workers have caused key talent look elsewhere. The site has been in the red for years with no active plans to improve, invest, or make changes. Headcount has frozen and staff is asked to operate at 100% with only 25-50% of the staff. All the signs of a site closure are right in everyone’s faces yet they keep lying to everyone. The clients are not coming and it’s only a matter of time.

      Pros

      Great benefits, maternity leave, paternity leave, disability etc. The education pay of 10K a year is amazing, but you do have to stay another year once you graduate. If you're lucky enough to get one, they do have a mentor program, but it might take you three tries to find a mentor. In certain areas, they are doing great, but just be wary of the lab/position (if it sounds new).

      Cons

      A lot of drama in certain areas... especially spots where people are still in the same position because they don't want to move up or can't. You can be stuck on the same team for 5 years without an end in sight.
