Isolating Culture, Poor Management, and Little Room to Grow

Will help you recognize the value of a healthy, supportive workplace.

Cons

The work environment was unwelcoming and isolating. There was little to no collaboration, and it wasn’t unusual to go an entire day without being acknowledged. Training was poor. Management did not value employee input and was unreceptive to suggestions for improvement. Pay was not competitive with similar roles in the area. Advancement opportunities felt limited and were not clearly communicated. Overall, it was a discouraging place to work.

Cons

Manager and team lead is condescending. They are friends so of course what the team lead says go. Even if it is 30 steps more for a process when It could be cut in half.
